Type the two-storey family home project on the size of housing unit 3 bedrooms with a gable roof and exit from the living room to the terrace house. The roof is designed metal, not a requirement. Family House is ideal for flat or slightly sloping land and building traditional houses. The house is designed for 3-4 member family, the project is handled without a garage but are available to type a separate garage for the project free of charge. On the ground after entering the building there is a separate toilet, living room and kitchenette. Night of the building is situated in the attic and consists of two rooms and shared toilets. Family home can be solved in three energy standards (satisfactory, economical, low-energy). Family home can be solved in four variants of the material (brick, aerated concrete, sand-lime brick, timber).
