Type project jednopodlažního house the size of one dwelling unit 3 + kk. Floor plan of the house consists of two shifted rectangles. The house has a covered and sheltered terrace, a kitchenette is a part of the living room. The house is covered with a hipped roof. Façade is solved the classical plaster. Family home can be solved in three energy standards (satisfactory, economical, low-energy). Family home can be solved in four variants of the material (brick, aerated concrete, sand-lime brick, timber)
